Project Overview
The purpose of the Dutch Bros Coffee – San Antonio project was to complete all structural and flatwork concrete necessary for a new high-traffic drive-thru coffee location. The project consisted of the following:
- Site Grading
- Form Setting
- Rebar Installation
- Concrete Pumping
- Curb & Gutter
- Drive-Thru Lane Paving
- Sidewalk & ADA Ramps
- Bollard Footings
- Exterior Flatwork
The challenge of this project was executing precise concrete work within a tight site footprint while maintaining access for other trades and adhering to strict municipal specifications. Because Dutch Bros locations experience heavy vehicle traffic, special attention was given to subgrade preparation, reinforcement placement, and proper curing to ensure long-term durability. Coordination and scheduling were critical to keep the project on timeline and ready for grand opening.
