## Renovation work inside an active retail environment.

J.G. Williams Construction supported the conversion of the former two-story Love Culture space into a new H&M location inside North Star Mall's Saks Wing. The work required demolition, structural coordination and off-hours execution within an operating shopping center.

## Work planned around the mall environment.

The renovation required removal of the existing concrete stairway and surrounding elements while coordinating with the new steel staircase and second-level retail space. 

Work was performed during overnight and off-peak hours, allowing construction activity to be coordinated around normal mall operations.
