Project Overview

The H&M Build at North Star Mall is to take place of the 2 story Love Culture location in the Saks Wing of the mall. This project consisted of the following:
- Demolition of existing concrete stairway
- Bracing of Steel Staircase
- Removal of Glass Panes around stairway & second level
- Overnight / Off Peak Hour – Work
- Saw Cutting around ledge

This contract was awarded to Westwood Contractors of DFW and was completed within the timeframe expected.
